					<description>My sister who is 29 and has Downs Syndrome (with the mentality of a 5 yr old) will be having a liver biopsy next week.  We had a hard time making the decision to go ahead with it or just start treatment for HCV, which she got from a blood transfusion from open heart surgery as an infant.  I have been searching for info as to what &quot;REALLY&quot; happens in a biopsy, and I want to say a big THANK YOU because now I feel that just maybe she can handle it.  It also eased my worries for my very special sister!!;)</description>
