30 mins on the exercise bike!!!!! Good for you. I find it very useful for hanging clothes on. The handlebar bits are great for shirts, I even have a section for belts.
Must drag it out in the new year, can’t believe your doing 30 mins, brill.

Hey Dude,
Just signing the guest book on the way through.
Having moved from North to South and become a Southern Woosie I have just bought on of those tramopline bouncer thingys.
No road running for me just bouncing is enough to work up a sweat.
Of course I have no intention of using even this Nancy piece of equipment. I just liked the idea of getting fit with no effort.
All gain, absolutely no pain.
Paul.

Hi teddy!
Been on the bike for most of the last year, just skipped the first few weeks of treatment. I’ve gone from level 5 and an hour to level 2 and 30mins whilst on tx, too scared of pushing the old ticker too far with the meds in the system. Slam man is different, you can do it real gentle and then just throw a few hard bangs to keep the testosterone a flowing :)
Hey Paul I bet those trampolines are real good for gentle low impact excercise, just the thought of somebody seeing me on one puts me off! We had one in the garden for my son, had it set at ground level in a concrete base it was quite nifty. Use to tease the wife about her not going on it in case she broke it, eventually she went on it…and broke it. I laughed for almost 18 months straight :)
