Whenever I read someones inspirational, I feel like there is something to taking my injections besides the pegasys outrageous costs seem to be my major emothinal set-back. I've only had two injections, but from what I've been told "are the hardest adapting to". The only side effects I seem to have so far is I'm tired more tha usual, but I'm just getting older. My wife is my greatest support, even more than myself. I still take 3-4 YOGA classes and 2-3 Pilates classes weekly, plus I work full time in a health food store. I have never been a quitter and I'm not starting NOW, nor do I pray anyone else will quit. GOD speed to a healther future TO ALL!!!

>my question is that okay you have treatment and are cured !!! but who is to say that you will not contract it again?

I don't really understand what you are asking. Its like saying if you get run over by a car whats to stop it happening again! Hep C is hard to catch, not injecting drugs will cover 80-90% of the risk, its really very easy to avoid.

Hi,
I can completely identify with you! Although I found my 48 wks of treatment very rough, physically and emotionally, it was not terrible EVERY day. And I remained grateful and positive throughout. I relapsed after treatment ended, but hep c has changed my life for the better in many, many ways. My book, "Hepatitis C Through A Patient's Eyes", will be available May 16 through amazon.com. Buy on that date and I'm including several valuable bonuses. Including an audio interview I did with Dr Melissa Palmer, and a way to get her book, "Hepatits & Liver Disease" for free! Having read your blogs, I really think you can relate to what I wrote. Keep up the good work!
