My children who are 22,20 and 16 have always used their sence of humer in difficult situations. This was one of them ( the whole hep thing ) instead of worrying and then making things feel worse they decided that they would pick on me which I didnt mind coss it made me laugh. They would call me uncle fester ( from adams family) and further on down the treatment shmeagle all coss of the way I looked. But ya know what we laughed and laughed and still laugh. Somtimes we need a good sense of humour to get through things and it did. Ya know what looking back I wouldnt change that experience for the world as nasty as it was often, it made us stronger !!!!!!!! Yes laughter is the best policey.
