what a wondrful place to come and smile for a change ,,like I said before this is my second week. Are you taking the pills also?.Anyway I have good days and bad days too. but I found somthing that helps the achyness , standing on your head for a few minutes I have been doing this and amazingly the pain lessens. Just thought I would share…..Keep up the good work!
